Yes! DM Autoglass provides a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all windshield and back glass installations. Our warranty covers water leaks and defects directly related to our installation workmanship for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. If you experience a covered issue, contact us. We will evaluate the problem and perform any necessary corrections at no additional cost. Warranty conditions: The glass mounting area, including the surrounding frame and bonding surfaces, must be structurally sound and free from dents, collision damage, rust, corrosion, holes, or other pre-existing defects that could compromise proper installation or sealing. Pre-existing damage that causes or contributes to a reported issue may limit coverage for that specific issue. The warranty does not cover new cracks, rock chips, accidental damage, vandalism, vehicle body deterioration, or problems unrelated to our installation workmanship. At DM Autoglass, we stand behind our work and your satisfaction is our priority.

Certain vehicles may require additional time due to their design, special features, the condition of the installation area, or job complexity. If we anticipate a longer installation, we will inform the customer in advance and provide an estimated additional time. For windshield replacements, our technician will also advise you when it is safe to drive, based on the adhesive manufacturer's specifications.
